SNAK-TIME is a manufacturer of homemade sandwiches for the foodservice and C-store markets. The company was founded in October of '95 by Vance Clark on a simple concept - "take a break, have a snak!".

Since 1995 SNAK-TIME has grown leaps and bounds, expanding it's market area, and venturing out to producing almost every sandwich possible! The lure of SNAK-TIME's products rest in the homemade tasteand the freshnesseach sandwich preserves. The sandwiches made at SNAK-TIME are not like other 'microwaveable' sandwiches - these are good, down-home - taste's like you just made em'sandwiches!

One of the secrets of the success of SNAK-TIME FOODS is in the quality of their 'ingredients'. One of their special ingredients is in their 'SNAK-TIME Biscuit Mix'.

In 2005 a company called 'Tasty Blend Foods' began supplying SNAK-TIME FOODS with their own biscuit mix, and actually formulated a mix, unique to SNAK-TIME.

Before long SNAK-TIME became a huge account for Tasty Blend, accounting for nearly 60% of the foodservice business. This got the attention of the President of Tasty Blend Foods, Roy Elswick. Elswick and Clark met several times over business and became good friends. It just so happens that Clark and Elswick were in the right place at the right time. Clark was ready to 'get out of the business', and Elswick - well, he recognizes an opportunity when he see's one. So long story short, Elswick purchased SNAK-TIME FOODS in November of 2005.

Elswick owns and operates both companies as separate entities, but does have joint ventures planned for the future! The two businesses work hand-in-hand with each other. Tasty Blend Foods blends and packages the SNAK-TIME Biscuit Mix and ships the biscuit mix from West Virginia, down to Gaffney, South Carolina and makes delicious, irresistible sandwiches!

SNAK-TIME Foods produces a whopping 10,600 2.5" biscuit sandwiches an hour!That's movin' and groovin'! SNAK-TIME makes a wide variety of processed sandwiches, not just biscuits. Their product line ranges from double chili cheese dogs, char broil cheese burgers, cheese steak hoagies...if you can name it, they probably have it!
